An updated look at the Bengals' depth chart with Trey Hendrickson out and Jonathan Allen added.

The Cincinnati Bengals depth chart along the defensive line looks dramatically different after just one week of free agency. Out? Names like Trey Hendrickson and Joseph Ossai, who signed free-agent deals elsewhere as the overhaul under coordinator Al Golden continues.

By far the biggest new name on the chart, though, is Jonathan Allen. The former first-round pick arrives via free agency as a probable captain and mentor for a young group that includes other first-rounders like Myles Murphy and Shemar Stewart. The Bengals arenโ€™t done adding to the defensive line.

They could use another rotational guy in the middle and on the edges. On the interior, perhaps they still re-up with a name like DJ Reader. Almost any name will do for some pass-rushing depth on the edge.

Both spots remain candidates for 10th overall in the draft, too. For now, this is loosely how the depth chart shakes up, based around how the team has it listed. Bengals updated depth chart after Jonathan Allen signing LDE: Myles Murphy, Isaiah Foskey DT: T.
