, Morse reveals his new career path after retirement, stepping into broadcasting with his own NFL-focused podcast. "It's an interesting thing, kind of a catch-22, because you have full autonomy of your time, but you're also not trying to keep an idle mind," said Morse, "What you find yourself is pouring totally into your kids for a bit, get a little antsy. Get a little of this kind of itch, so just trying to fill that time, and what do you fill it with?
The only thing you know is football. It's a saturated market full of absolute killers, and the space that I'm trying to enter. So it's been extremely humbling but incredibly satisfying.
It gives me a reason to look forward to something throughout the day, which I think is the most important thing right now. " Morse retired after the 2024 season and, after 10 years of playing, wanted to share his insights on the game. "I found that I had a screaming ego that I thought might not have existed until the limelight had dimmed.
