The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay women’s basketball team will learn its opening-round opponent for the NCAA Tournament when selections are unveiled starting at 7 p. m. March 15 on ESPN.
As of the evening of March 14, longtime ESPN bracketologist Charlie Creme was predicting the Phoenix will receive a No. 13 seed and play No. 4 West Virginia in the first round.
NCAA bracketology analyst Autumn Johnson also has the Phoenix as a No. 13 seed and facing No. 4 Minnesota.
Megan Gauer of Her Hoop Stats , another respected source in the bracketology game, had UWGB earning a No. 14 seed and playing No. 3 Michigan.
