Jon Scheyer shared an injury update on Caleb Foster and Patrick Ngongba II following the ACC Tournament and heading into March Madness.

CHARLOTTE, N. C. — Jon Scheyer shared somewhat of an update on Caleb Foster and Patrick Ngongba II following Duke basketball 's ACC Tournament championship win over Virginia on Saturday, March 14.

Foster fractured his foot in Duke 's regular-season finale against UNC on March 7, while Ngongba missed the contest with foot soreness and has not played since Duke's win over N. C. State on March 2.

Scheyer said on March 10 that Foster would be out for a "foreseeable time," and that Ngongba would not play in the ACC Tournament, hopeful for a return in March Madness. "Caleb is going to be a little while still," Scheyer said on March 15. "Again, he's progressing well.

As far as Pat goes, I think he's been doing his therapy, working with the medical team. They're just benchmarks. He just has to continue to take it – it's a day-by-day thing to see how he can handle the next step and whether that soreness goes away.
