Vallejos (18-1, 4-0 UFC) opened with a standing elbow that sliced Emmett's forehead open almost immediately. A counter right hand dropped Emmett and the 24-year-old Argentinian never let him recover. He pinned the veteran against the fence and unloaded punches and elbows until Herb Dean had seen enough.
