Philadelphia seems to be looking for WR help.

Fowler adds that Mooney has a good relationship with Giants offensive coordinator Matt Nagy after previously overlapping together on the Chicago Bears from 2020-2021.

Mooney was recently released by the Atlanta Falcons, two years after signing a three-year, $39 million contract with them. He had a nice year with 992 yards in 2024 but fell down to just 443 yards last season. Itโ€™s interesting to see that the Eagles had interest in signing a veteran receiver.

The team did lose Jahan Dotson in free agency (to the same Falcons that cut Mooney). Thereโ€™s also obviously plenty of buzz about A. J.

Brown not returning to Philly in 2026. Weโ€™ll soon see if the Eagles look to add another wide receiver to their roster.
