New Headline: Gillian Robertson Secures Victory with a Deadly Armbar, Besting Rising Star Amanda Lemos!
Gillian Robertson is on a five-fight winning streak at strawweight after beating Amanda Lemos at UFC Vegas 114.
Gillian Robertson's superior grappling was the difference in extending her winning streak to five vs. Amanda Lemos in the UFC Fight Night 269 co-main event. Robertson (17-8 MMA, 14-6 UFC) racked up more than enough control time in the second and third rounds of the strawweight bout to earn a unanimous decision over Lemos (15-6-1 MMA, 9-6 UFC) on Saturday at the Meta APEX in Las Vegas.
Robertson won the fight with 29-28 scores from all three judges. "It's five wins in a row, I have the most wins of any women, the most finishes of any women, the most submission of any women," Robertson said in her post-fight interview with Michael Bisping. "All I need is that belt.
