Cleveland dealt De'Andre Hunter and Darius Garland and received Keon Ellis, Dennis Schroder and James Harden in return. That said, their rotation is set to get another boost, as the Cavaliers hope to get Max Strus back from injury very soon. According to NBA insider Danny Cunningham, Cleveland has listed Strus as probable to play Sunday against the Dallas Mavericks .
This would be Strus' season debut, as the former Miami Heat forward missed the first 67 games of the season due to a foot fracture. Now on the rebound, Strus will have 15 regular season games left to get ramped up for a postseason run. Although he doesn't post All-Star numbers, Strus will certainly give head coach Kenny Atkinson another reliable option in the rotation.
In his last two seasons with the Cavaliers, Strus is averaging 11 points per game, 4. 6 rebounds, 3. 7 assists and 0.
