Goal-Indulgence Returns! Sven Ulreich Scores Shocking Comeback!
The FC Bayern goalkeeper was great.

The veteran would answer the call — and in a big way.
Ulreich had six saves, including four inside the box as he helped the squad claw out a point on the road during its 1-1 draw with Bayer Leverkusen. “When you haven’t played for so long, you take a few minutes to get into the rhythm because playing games is different to training. In the end things have gone well and I had fun on the pitch.
The boys have known me for a long time and have confidence in me, they know I’m always there when I’m needed. Manu and Jonas texted me before the game and said they were happy that I got to play. We have a great relationship within the goalkeeping team.
” Ulreich said (as captured by @iMiaSanMia ). What made Ulreich’s effort more impressive is that he had to contend with red cards to both Nicolas Jackson (42nd minute) and Luis Díaz (two yellow cards — 74th minute, 84th minute). Surely, the Bavarians could not have asked for much more out of Ulreich, especially because the only goal he conceded came off of a shot that deflected off of Jonathan Tah and completely changed its trajectory.
