New Headline: Bayern Munich Dominates Bundesliga as Jonathan Tah Scores in Thrilling Victory Over Leverkusen
FC Bayern rally to a draw despite difficult circumstances
Bayern Munich drew 1-1 with Bayer Leverkusen in a game that was marked by controversial refereeing decisions, which included disallowed goals and two red cards to Bayern. Following the game, Jonathan Tah offered his thoughts on how the draw and the game progressed. “Of course we always want to win, but there were many difficult situations and questionable decisions against us today.
The team reacted well and gave everything on the pitch. We showed a great mentality. We didn’t accept the difficult situation and showed what kind of team we are.
With the way we played, things would’ve been different if we had 11 men on the pitch,” said Tah (as captured via @iMiaSanMia ). Tah is right in thinking that things could have ended differently, had Bayern had all eleven players on the pitch. Bayern managing to salvage a draw despite what Tah aptly characterized as a “difficult situation” is undoubtedly worth credit.
