Nowaske's Shoulder Injury Shackles Detroit Lions' Hot Potato Move

The Lions re-signed one of their own free agents in Trevor Nowaske. This is a good, solid depth signing given his young age and favorable medical report. The following is an excerpt from my Detroit Lions Day 4 Free Agency article.

His young age is a big plus. Nowaske has played in 30 games in the past 2 seasons with the Lions. While he may not be starter material, it’s good to have this experienced, young LB back with the team.
